Montessori School of Downtown is a 30 year old company that owns and operates multiple Montessori schools across the Greater Houston Area.
Before signing up on our services, Montessori School of Downtown had poor branding, an outdated website and little digital presence. They had signed up with another marketing agency which had been very ineffective.
Since they had hired another company before, the challenge was to prove to them that we were up to the task. They wanted to refine their digital presentation so that they could acquire more enrollments across their campuses by careful geo-targeting of specific audiences and giving their existing website a complete makeover so that they could increase their occupancy from 40% to at least 80%.
When we came on board, the first thing we did was redo their brand look both onsite and digitally.
We selected branding guidelines such as fonts, colors, etc that suited the image they were trying to project to their audience.
We designed & developed a custom website for Montessori School of Downtown. The goal was to answer all the questions potential users may have before scheduling a tour. The new website was integrated with their CRM, making it easier for their audience to book school tours while also making it easy for their Sales Team to track such bookings.
We managed their Paid Advertising that was across Google ads, Facebook ads and Instagram ads. We were able to drive immediate conversions through our paid efforts, receiving over 1 million impressions within the first 90 days of managing their ads
We managed their social media accounts, maintaining daily posts that were designed to keep followers engaged. With promotions such as scholarships we were able to keep our posts being shared and attracting new followers constantly while keeping the current active.
Due to their weak ranking, we had to do a lot of optimization, especially on their website to ensure that they were visible online.
We were able to decrease website load time while keeping heavy assets such as video on their front end. Through our local backlinking efforts we were able to drive their Google Map ranking to the top 3 across all locations.
We managed their email marketing. Building an email list of 10 thousand recipients and having multiple segmented campaigns to keep customers & potential customers engaged and satisfied.
